Data you enter

Names of drivers, teams and competitions, race rules and race results that you enter are stored only on your device. We have no access to them. They are removed when you delete the app.

Gegevens die je invoert

Namen van rijders, teams en wedstrijden, raceregels en raceresultaten die je invoert, worden alleen op je eigen toestel bewaard. Wij hebben er geen toegang toe. Ze worden verwijderd als je de app verwijdert.

Sharing races

When you export a race, the file contains the names of the drivers and the race data. You decide with whom you share it, using the share options of your device (for example AirDrop, Mail or WhatsApp).

Races delen

Als je een race exporteert, bevat het bestand de namen van de rijders en de racegegevens. Jij bepaalt met wie je het deelt, via de deelopties van je toestel (bijvoorbeeld AirDrop, Mail of WhatsApp).

Sponsor images

The app loads the list of sponsors and their advertisement images from our website (dklatt.nl). As with any website visit, the web server receives your IP address to deliver them. We do not link this to you and do not use it for profiling. When you tap the advertisement, the sponsor’s website opens in Safari; the privacy policy of that website then applies.

De app laadt de lijst met sponsors en hun advertentie-afbeeldingen van onze website (dklatt.nl). Zoals bij elk websitebezoek ontvangt de webserver daarbij je IP-adres om ze te kunnen leveren. Wij koppelen dit niet aan jou en gebruiken het niet voor profilering. Tik je op de advertentie, dan opent de website van de sponsor in Safari; daarvoor geldt de privacyverklaring van die website.

Notifications, alarms and Live Activities

Alarms, notifications and the display on your lock screen, Dynamic Island and Apple Watch are created on your device. No data is sent to us.

Meldingen, alarmen en Live Activities

Alarmen, meldingen en de weergave op je toegangsscherm, Dynamic Island en Apple Watch worden op je eigen toestel gemaakt. Er worden geen gegevens naar ons verstuurd.

Crash reports

If you have chosen in your iPhone settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may share anonymous crash reports with us. You can change this in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

Als je in je iPhone-instellingen hebt gekozen om analysegegevens met app-ontwikkelaars te delen, kan Apple anonieme crashrapporten met ons delen. Je wijzigt dit via Instellingen > Privacy en beveiliging > Analyse en verbeteringen.

Children

PitCaptain is meant for the people who run a race team and is not aimed at children. The app does not collect data from anyone; the names you enter stay on your device.

PitCaptain is bedoeld voor wie een raceteam begeleidt en is niet gericht op kinderen. De app verzamelt van niemand gegevens; de namen die je invoert, blijven op je toestel.

Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is nothing for us to view, correct or delete. Questions? Contact us at pitcaptain@dklatt.nl. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Jouw rechten
